R&M Janitorial Service was started by Mark McGlothlin and his brother Rick a quarter-century ago. Rick retired in 2025. Sandra McGlothlin came on as co-owner. The crew grew. The model did not.
We staff our own work with W-2 employees, not a marketplace. We do not subcontract. When you call the line on this site, you are talking to the person whose name is on the company.
That is the difference. Everything else is execution.

Yes. Frisco Brothers carries a commercial bond through Hartford Insurance plus general liability and workers compensation. Every staff member goes through background and reference checks before stepping onto a client site for the first time.
What size buildings do you clean?
From single-suite dental offices up to a 750,000+ square foot Simpson Strong-Tie industrial facility. Crew size scales to the contract, from a single cleaner to a dedicated crew of seven on the largest accounts. Most active routes sit between 2,500 and 25,000 square feet.
Do you offer evening and weekend cleaning?
Yes. Most commercial routes run after hours, evenings, overnights, or weekends, around your foot traffic and security access. Day porter routes run during business hours when the contract calls for daytime presence. Schedule is set during the walk-through to fit your operation, not ours.
How quickly can you start?
Most new accounts begin within one to two weeks of the walk-through quote. If you have a gap (a previous cleaner left, a one-time special, post-construction), faster onboarding is usually possible. Mark or Sandra McGlothlin responds to all new inquiries within 24 hours, often the same day.
What types of facilities does Frisco Brothers serve?
Office buildings, medical and dental practices, churches, daycares, schools, gyms, HOA common areas, warehouses, and industrial facilities across 13 cities in Collin and Denton counties. Floor and window service are also available for retail. The company does not take on restaurant or hospital contracts.
